Tradition in a glass

Villa Carlotta's wine cellar houses over 500 labels, all preserved at the ideal temperature in an evocative space carved into the karst rock. The cellar was created through the conservative restoration of a 19th-century cistern, once part of the original farmhouse from which the estate was born.

This place tells stories infused with the real identity of Sicily and its landscape.

Among the key players is Frappato, a native black grape variety predominant in the Ragusa DOCG area, known for producing tannic red wines with delicate fruity and floral notes.
